From September 30 to October 1, 2024, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving in Technical Systems" (EETS-2024) was held at the Don State University.
The conference annually attracts scientists, employees and students of universities, as well as specialists and experts from international and Russian companies in the energy sector, united by the common idea of energy and resource conservation.
Traditionally, the event was held in a multinational format. Three face-to-face sites worked simultaneously:
1. DSTU (Rostov-on-Don, Russia),
2. MSUTU named after Razumovsky (Moscow, Russia),
3. Moulay Ismail University (Meknes, Morocco).
A delegation from the University of Kragujevac (Cacak, Serbia) arrived in Rostov-on-Don to participate in the conference: Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Faculty of Agronomy, Head of the Department of Food Technology Marko Petkovic and Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Faculty of Agronomy Nemanja Miletic.
Representatives of the energy industry of the South of Russia took part in the conference in person: Information Center for Atomic Energy, Donenergo LLC, Tavrida Electric LLC, NP Energokom LLC, Donsetstroyproekt LLC, Regioninzhenering LLC, Rosseti Yug LLC.
Representatives of the Vietnam Technical University named after Le Quy Don (Hanoi, Vietnam), the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water Supply of the Kingdom of Morocco (Casablanca, Morocco), Tehran University (Tehran, Iran), Azerbaijan State University of Economics (Baku), Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan (Andijon), Federal Research Center for Chemical Physics and Medical Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Chernogolovka), as well as scientists, postgraduates and students from 19 universities in Russia.
